How many sausages can your sausage tying machine process per hour?
Our standard models of sausage tying machines have a processing capacity range of 500 – 3000 sausages/hour, depending on the sausage length and diameter.
How does the smoker work?
Our smokers use advanced electric heating and precise wood chip/wood pellet smoke generation system, which is energy-efficient and has controllable smoke volume. It approximately 0.5kg – 2kg per hour depending on model and settings. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system, which supports a wide temperature range (e.g. 20°C – 120°C), and can perfectly realize cold smoking (20-30°C), warm smoking (30-50°C) and hot smoking (50-120°C) processes.
What packaging formats can your sausage packaging machine (pillow/vertical/pre-made bag) handle?
We provide a variety of sausage packaging solutions:
Pillow packaging machine: suitable for continuous bag packaging of single or multiple sausages, efficient and fast.
Vertical Form Packaging Machine (VFFS): Suitable for packaging bulk or portioned sausages into back-seal bags, four-side seal bags.
Pre-made bag packaging machine: Suitable for printed high-end pre-made bag packaging.
Most packaging machine models can be equipped with a vacuum module or modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) module to significantly extend the shelf life of sausages and maintain freshness and color. Please let us know your specific packaging needs.
Are these machines high-maintenance?
Our equipment is designed with durability and easy maintenance in mind. Food contact parts are made of high-quality stainless steel (such as 304/316). The typical maintenance cycle of key components is as follows:
Filling tube/ligature head: It is recommended to clean and disinfect after each shift and check for wear regularly (usually 6-12 months service life, depending on the intensity of use).
Sealing strip/heating element: Clean frequently, service life is generally 3-6 months.
Smoke generator core parts: clean up ash and tar regularly, the core parts life is 1-2 years.
