Donuts are a sweet, delicious treat best enjoyed shortly after frying or baking. It’s the butter, fats, and sugar that give them their rich flavor and moist texture. To make this delicacy, you’ll need the following ingredients:
 
  • A. 7 cups flour, 2 tablespoons yeast, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ cup sugar, 2 cups scalded milk, ½ cup warm water, 4 beaten eggs;
  • B. ½ cup unsalted butter (melted), ½ cup shortening, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 cups powdered sugar;
  • C. 1 liter of cooking oil for deep frying.
The preparation steps are as follows: First, mix the ingredients in group A to form a smooth dough, then let it ferment. Next, shape the dough into donuts and fry them evenly in 350°F oil until golden brown. Finally, mix the ingredients in group B to make the glaze. Donuts can be enjoyed either warm or cold.
 
Donuts are typically packaged using a pillow packing machine, with options for 3-side seal bags or 4-side seal bags.
