Industrial Colloid Mills & Paste Grinding Machines
Achieve ultra-fine emulsification and homogenization down to 2 microns. Ideal for processing peanut butter, chili paste, dairy products, and cosmetics. Engineered with precision stator-rotor technology for high-shear grinding with exceptional smooth results.
Feature
⚙️ High-Shear Stator & Rotor :
The core grinding mechanism operates at incredibly high speeds (up to 2900 RPM), subjecting the material to intense shear, friction, and high-frequency vibration for perfect homogenization.📏 Micro-Adjustable Fineness :
Features an external adjustment ring that allows operators to easily and precisely control the clearance between the stator and rotor, achieving grinding fineness from 50 to 2 microns.🛡️ Sanitary SUS304/316 Build :
All parts in contact with the product are made of food-grade stainless steel. The dynamic sealing system ensures zero contamination, making it perfect for food and pharmaceutical applications.🔄 Continuous Flow Processing :
Equipped with a circulating pipe design. Materials can be fed continuously or cycled through the mill multiple times automatically until the desired ultra-smooth texture is achieved.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can this machine grind dry materials like whole roasted peanuts without adding oil or water?
A: Yes, absolutely. Roasted peanuts naturally release their own oils when subjected to the high-shear forces of the colloid mill. You can feed dry roasted peanuts directly into the hopper to produce 100% pure, smooth peanut butter without any liquid additives.
Q: My chili paste contains tough seeds and skins. Will it clog the machine?
A: No. The intense shearing action of the toothed rotor will pulverize tough chili skins and seeds. However, for extremely tough materials or to achieve a silkier texture, we recommend utilizing the circulating pipe to cycle the paste through the mill a second time.
Q: How difficult is it to clean the grinding chamber when switching from peanut butter to fruit jam?
A: It is quite simple. The machine is designed for easy flushing. You can run hot water and food-grade detergent through the hopper while the machine is running to flush out the system. For a deep clean, the stator cover can be easily unbolted for direct manual cleaning.
