The CFC-001 series chicken feet cutting machine performs precision nail removal, pad cutting, and knuckle separation in a single pass — replacing 8–12 manual workers and delivering uniform cuts at 200 to 2,000 kg per hour throughput.
| Model | Capacity | Configuration |
|---|---|---|
| CFC-101 Compact | 200-500 kg/h | For small workshops, restaurant supply chains, and regional pickled-chicken-feet producers. Single-phase 220V compatible. |
| CFC-001 Standard | 500-1,200 kg/h | The workhorse for mid-scale poultry plants. Matches a 6,000 birds/h broiler line by-product output. |
| CFC-201 Industrial | 1,200-2,000 kg/h | Engineered for high-volume poultry processing plants and frozen-poultry exporters. SUS316L option for Japan MAFF. |
Typical values — each model is configured to your product, cut size, and line speed.
Chicken feet export processors and poultry plants cutting feet to export specification ahead of cooking and packing. For the full range, see the processing hub.
Match the machine to the feet stream your broiler line produces per hour. The compact unit covers 200 to 500 kg per hour on single-phase 220V for small workshops, the standard unit handles 500 to 1,200 kg per hour and roughly matches the feet output of a 6,000 BPH broiler operation, and the industrial model reaches 1,200 to 2,000 kg per hour for export plants.
Fixed dies cut every foot to the same specification, which is what export buyers and downstream packing need. Five standard die sets cover the common products: nail only, pad only, knuckle only, a 3-in-1 combination, and a 4-in-1 combination. Custom CNC-machined dies are available for special cuts, and die changes are quick enough to switch products within a run.
The machine is calibrated for both broiler and layer feet, but yellow-skin breeds carry heavier outer skin that interferes with a clean cut. Run those feet through a peeler first and cut quality recovers. Also inspect the die edges for wear and confirm the feet are graded, because oversize feet sit poorly in the die pocket.
The die set is the main wear item, so keep at least one spare on the shelf for each cut format you run. Daily hose-down of the stainless body, a weekly check of die edges, and periodic drive lubrication cover the routine. There are few moving parts, which keeps maintenance cost low compared with the 8 to 12 manual workers the machine replaces.
Yes. Integration flanges are supplied for standard broiler processing line heights, and the machine is normally fed from the feet by-product stream after claw removal. Send your line specifications and we confirm infeed height and orientation before shipping. The compact model also runs standalone on single-phase power for workshop use.
Yes. We provide installation and commissioning support, and 12 months of after-sales service, including spare parts help and technical response.
