Parameters

The FMS-001 industrial frozen meat slicer flakes frozen meat blocks (-18°C) into uniform 5-10 mm slices at 1,000-3,000 kg per hour. Direct-feed design eliminates the need for tempering — feed frozen blocks straight from cold storage.

FAQ

Sizing is straightforward frozen kilograms per hour: 500 for the compact unit aimed at small sausage plants and pet food lines, 1,500 for mid-scale plants, and 3,000 for industrial lines where the slicer feeds a bowl chopper at full input rate. The direct-feed design means tempering rooms and thaw time drop out of the plan entirely.

Frozen, at -18°C. The machine is optimized for fully frozen blocks and produces uniform 5-10 mm flakes straight from cold storage. Tempered meat at -4°C runs too, but throughput drops 30-40%, and if tempered meat is your normal input a dicer is the better machine. Match the machine to the material you actually hold.

A dual interlock halts the machine if the guard opens or the input chute overloads, and emergency stops sit on both sides so the operator can reach one from any working position. The machine is CE certified. Cutting bone-in blocks is outside its design, so keep frames and bone-in material for the bone crusher route.

Blades typically run 800 to 1,200 hours, which works out to 6-9 months single-shift, and a factory re-sharpening service keeps sets in rotation. Buy at least one spare set so a dull blade never stops the line. Watch flake uniformity: ragged flakes are the early signal that edges are going.

Yes. The industrial model discharges at 900 mm height, matching standard bowl chopper infeed, and a connecting chute is included, so flakes drop straight into the chopper bowl without an intermediate hopper. Power to prepare is three-phase 380V with 11 kW peak for the industrial model; lower-power 220V variants of the compact model exist where supply is limited.

Yes. We provide installation and commissioning support, and 12 months of after-sales service, including spare parts help and technical response.
