The ADM-001 removes surface water from washed produce using high-velocity air knives. 500-3,000 kg/h. Prepares washed fruit and vegetables for packaging or further processing.
| Model | Capacity | Configuration |
|---|---|---|
| ADM-101 Compact | 500 kg/h | 1.5 kW blower. Small wash lines. |
| ADM-001 Standard | 1,500 kg/h | 3.0 kW dual air-knife. Mid-scale. |
| ADM-201 Industrial | 3,000 kg/h | 5.5 kW triple air-knife. Continuous tunnel. |
Typical values — each model is configured to your product, cut size, and line speed.
Lines removing surface water after washing or blanching, ahead of packing, weighing, or freezing. For the full fresh-produce range, see the fruit and vegetable processing hub.
The compact single-blower unit handles 500 kg/h at 1.5 kW for small wash lines. The standard dual air-knife machine runs 1,500 kg/h at 3.0 kW, and the industrial triple air-knife tunnel reaches 3,000 kg/h at 5.5 kW continuous. Match it to the washer upstream, since the dryer should never be the slower machine.
Air knives are the gentle choice: high-velocity air strips surface water without mechanical contact, so soft and delicate items come through intact. Centrifugal dryers are faster but tumble the product, which damages soft items. For produce destined for IQF or packing, gentleness usually wins. The dryer removes 90 to 95% of surface water.
90 to 95% of surface water is removed, leaving product dry to the touch and ready for packaging, weighing, or freezing. The last few percent of moisture sits in surface texture rather than free water, and chasing it with more air wastes power. If your pack spec needs a truly dry surface, we tune knife angle and dwell for it.
Expect 72 to 78 dB in operation, which is blower noise and constant. Plan an enclosed installation or position the machine away from open workstations, and include hearing protection in the plant rules for staff working close to it. A variable-speed blower option lets you drop noise when running lighter loads.
It sits after washing or blanching and cooling, removing surface water ahead of IQF freezing, packing, or weighing. Maintenance is light: clean the air filters monthly and lubricate blower bearings annually. There are no consumable blades or contact parts, so running cost is essentially the blower power, 1.5 to 5.5 kW depending on model.
Yes. We provide installation and commissioning support, and 12 months of after-sales service, including spare parts help and technical response.
