FAQ

The compact cuts 100 to 300 kg/h at 0.75 kW for small processors. The standard runs 300 to 500 kg/h at 1.5 kW with the anti-clog blade system, and the industrial 500 to 800 kg/h at 2.2 kW feeds ginger powder plants. Size against your washing and peeling stage so the cutter never starves mid-shift.

No. The anti-clog blade system carries a self-cleaning gap that sheds fiber continuously instead of letting it wrap the blade stack, which is the failure mode that stops ordinary cutters on ginger. That design is the reason this is a dedicated machine rather than a general cutter with a ginger label.

Slices from 1 to 8 mm adjustable, plus strips and coarse pieces for paste and pickle feed. Ginger powder plants take the thinnest slice setting to shorten drying. Turmeric cuts on the same machine since its texture is similar, which suits spice processors running both rhizomes.

Not required: unpeeled ginger cuts cleanly enough for most products. Peeled ginger gives a cleaner, more uniform cut for premium slices, and processors running a peeling stage ahead usually prefer it. Weigh the labor or equipment cost of peeling against the price gap between brown and peeled cut product in your market.

SUS420J2 hardened stainless, the same specification across this cutter family, matched to fibrous root work. Daily cleaning and weekly blade inspection are the routine, with sharpening or replacement as edge wear shows in ragged slice faces. Keep one spare set on site: ginger dulls blades faster than non-fibrous vegetables.

Yes. We provide installation and commissioning support, and 12 months of after-sales service, including spare parts help and technical response.
