The CCM series commercial coffee machine serves cafes, restaurants, and hotels — hot and cold coffee from dedicated buttons at 100–300 cups per hour typical, in stainless food-service construction.
Powder hoppers (coffee, milk, chocolate) feed a mixing bowl per beverage lane; the button menu selects the recipe, and the bowl whips powder and water to a consistent cup every time. Hot lanes draw from the boiler, cold lanes from the chill system — the same machine runs an iced menu beside the hot one.
| Model | Output | Hoppers | Cup sizes | Options |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CCM-101 | 100–180 cups/h | 3 | 120–400 ml | Coin/card reader |
| CCM-001 | 180–240 cups/h | 4 | 120–400 ml | Frother, payment |
| CCM-201 | 240–300 cups/h | 4 + grinder | 120–400 ml | Bean grinder + frother |
Typical values — hopper count and menu are configured to your beverage list.
All models run instant powder systems; the CCM-201 adds the bean grinder for fresh-brew lanes where the menu mixes instant speed with fresh taste. For fully fresh grinding see the BTC bean-to-cup machine.
Cup sizes run 120 ml espresso to 400 ml large, adjustable per button. Standard recipes cover americano, coffee with milk, mocha, and cold coffee; the milk frother on the CCM-001/201 adds cappuccino and latte textures. Capsule service is covered by the CCP capsule machine.
The optional coin and card reader turns the machine into an unattended point — cup counter and sales totals on the operator panel. High-volume unattended service is the ICV instant coffee vending machine and the MCV multimedia vending machine. The family overview is on the coffee machine hub.
Yes — dedicated buttons for both, with hot lanes on the boiler and cold lanes on the chill system.
