The TPK series is the complete turnkey scope: processing machinery, conveying, packaging, and inspection engineered as one line — from raw material infeed to palletized output, delivered commissioned and running.
One supplier, one engineering responsibility. Processing machines matched to your product, conveyors and elevators sized to the bottleneck stage, packaging matched to your retail format, checkweighing and metal detection at the critical points, and the control system that runs it as one line. You provide the building and utilities; we deliver everything that bolts to the floor.
| Model | Line capacity | Typical scope | Contract to first batch |
|---|---|---|---|
| TPK-301 | 300–1,000 kg/h | Processing + conveying + table packing | 60–80 days |
| TPK-701 | 1,000–3,000 kg/h | Processing + conveying + auto packaging + inspection | 80–110 days |
| TPK-901 | 3,000–6,000 kg/h | Full plant: multi-line processing, palletizing, SCADA | 100–120+ days |
Typical values — scope and timeline are set by your product, format, and site.
It starts with your product and target capacity; we return a process flow and layout. Engineering freezes the machine list and utilities schedule — power, water, steam, compressed air, drains — so your building can be prepared in parallel with manufacturing. Then installation, commissioning on your raw materials, and operator training until the line holds spec shift after shift.
Snack foods and compound chips, frozen food, dairy and beverage, sauces and pastes, bakery, confectionery, nuts, and prepared foods. Product-specific machinery lives on the industry hubs — for example the snack lines, the fruit and vegetable lines, and the nut plant.
Not every project is greenfield. We audit your current line, identify the bottleneck stage, and integrate new equipment around what still works — upgrades carry the same commissioning standard as new lines. The packaging side of the story is on the packaging and turnkey hub.
All processing machinery, conveyors, packaging equipment, inspection, controls, installation, commissioning, training, and documentation. You provide the building and utilities.
We supply all machinery from our works. Your side of the split: building, utilities — power, water, steam, compressed air — and raw materials for commissioning.
Snack food, frozen food, dairy, beverage, sauce and paste, bakery, confectionery, nuts, and prepared foods.
Typically 60–120 days from contract to first production batch, depending on scope and site readiness.
Yes — we audit the current line and integrate new equipment at the bottleneck stage without a full rebuild.
A free ROI calculation comes with every quote: labor savings, yield improvement, and packaging material economy against your current numbers.
A 12-month spare parts kit ships with the line, and spare consumables are reorderable any time.
