The WTR series is the complete bottled-water plant: RO water treatment, PET bottle blowing, rinsing, filling, and capping, labeling, and packaging — 3,000 to 30,000 bottles per hour typical, one coordinated scope.
Raw water enters multi-stage reverse osmosis with UV and ozone sterilization and leaves as purified water to WHO drinking standard. PET preforms blow into bottles on the stretch molder, and the rinse-fill-cap monoblock fills them in one continuous cycle. Labeling, date coding, and shrink-pack or carton packaging finish the line.
| Model | Output | Bottle range | Blow molder | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| WTR-301 | 3,000–6,000 BPH | 330 ml–1.5 L | 2–4 cavity | Regional water brands |
| WTR-701 | 6,000–15,000 BPH | 330 ml–2 L | 4–6 cavity | National brands, co-packers |
| WTR-901 | 15,000–30,000 BPH | 330 ml–5 gallon line | 6–10 cavity | Plant-scale bottling |
Typical values — the monoblock and blow molder are configured to your bottle format and shift model.
Multi-stage RO with UV and ozone produces purified water to WHO drinking standard; the treatment train is sized to the filling rate so the line never starves. Annual RO membrane replacement is the main consumable — the maintenance schedule ships with the line.
The hot-fill module extends the line to juice and tea bottling in heat-resistant PET. Format changes between bottle sizes are quick-change — neck-handling parts swap without re-engineering the line. The packaging end (labeling, cartoning) is covered in depth on the packaging and turnkey hub, and full plant scopes on the TPK turnkey page.
Bottled-water brands, beverage co-packers, juice and tea producers adding a water line, farms and remote sites bottling their own water, and hotels or resorts with in-house water service.
Yes — multi-stage RO with UV and ozone, producing purified water to WHO drinking standard, sized to the filling rate.
330 ml to 5 gallon, with quick-change format parts between sizes.
Yes — PET preform to bottle, from 2-cavity to 10-cavity depending on line size.
Typically 30–45 days on site including full operator training, scheduled per project.
Yes — the hot-fill module extends the line to juice and tea in heat-resistant PET.
Quarterly mold service and annual RO membrane replacement; the full schedule ships with the line.
Three-phase power, treated raw water feed, compressed air, and drainage — the utility schedule arrives with the quotation so the building prepares in parallel.
