Juice producers running washing, filling, and capping of bottles as one line. For the full range, see the processing hub.
Configurations run 3,000 bottles per hour for small juice brands, 8,000 mid-scale, and 15,000 industrial. Size on your slowest real-world format, not the headline number: a line running several flavors loses 30-45 minutes to CIP on every changeover, and those minutes add up daily. We lay out the hour-by-hour plan against your SKU list.
Filling at 85°C sterilizes bottle and cap as the juice goes in, so the product needs no preservatives and still carries 12-month shelf life. Bottles then pass through a multi-zone cooling tunnel, 85°C down to 35°C in about 15 minutes, which protects flavor and stabilizes the PET. It is the standard route for juice and tea.
PET from 500 ml to 1.5 L and glass from 200 to 750 ml. The detail that bites: PET on a hot-fill line must be hot-fill grade, because standard bottles deform at 85°C; glass takes the heat but adds weight and breakage handling. Format parts differ between the two, so state your mix at order time.
Yes, up to 20% pulp content, with filling valve sizing adjusted for it. Pulp also changes upstream behavior, filtration and tank agitation especially, so the percentage and particle size belong in the spec early. Give us those numbers and the valves and pumps are configured for your juice, not discovered wrong at commissioning.
Plan 30-45 minutes per change including the CIP between flavors, and the CIP is the point: it is what stops flavor carryover, not just hygiene. Schedule long runs back to back and batch small flavors together. Installation runs 30-45 days with full training and documentation, so your team handles changeovers unaided afterward.
