Hot water extraction at 80-95°C, batch or continuous depending on volume, with time and temperature set per tea type. Coffee runs the same way, cold brew or hot extraction into a concentrate that is diluted later. Every product stores its own extraction profile, so switching recipes recalls the settings.
A multi-stage train: coarse screen for leaves, fine filter to polish the extract, then UV treatment. Tea fines are the classic cause of sediment complaints in ready-to-drink bottles, so the train is sized against your tea type and extraction style. We verify with your leaf during commissioning.
Yes, an inline blending module doses milk or juice into the tea base, which is how milk tea and lemon tea drinks run. Blending is metered, not poured, so every batch matches the recipe. Milk-containing products carry tighter sterilization and cleaning requirements, so declare them when ordering.
Sugar dosing runs automatic Brix control from 0 to 12, adjustable per recipe and held through the run. That covers unsweetened green tea through sweet milk tea, and Brix consistency is what keeps taste and nutrition label honest batch after batch. Each recipe stores its target and the dosing system chases it.
6 to 12 months hot-filled and stored ambient, from a line that extracts, filters, blends, hot fills, and cools in one sequence. Plan date coding and stock turnover toward the short end for delicate green teas, the long end for roasted and heavier products. Cooling after fill protects the aroma that sells the bottle.
