FAQ

Self-adhesive is the most common: wrap-around, front-back, and top labels with clean appearance and simple changeovers. Hot-melt suits high-speed paper wrap-around work, and shrink sleeve gives full-body graphics including tamper-evident formats. Most plants start self-adhesive and add methods as the SKU list demands. We match the head to your formats.

Servo positioning holds plus or minus 1 mm, tightening to 0.5 mm on the LBL-201. On a wrap-around label, a millimeter reads as crooked on the shelf, so this is a retail-appearance number, not a technical footnote. Accuracy holds at full speed across the range, 1,000 to 15,000 bottles per hour.

Round, oval, square, and flat bottles all run, with quick-change guide rails between formats. Models span single-side self-adhesive at 1,000 bottles per hour, wrap-around plus front-back at 6,000, and multi-head high-speed at 15,000. Complex profiles are a handling question, so send your hardest bottle and we verify the guide setup.

Fifteen minutes per bottle and label format is the planning number, using stored settings and quick-change parts. The practice that matters more: keep change parts in labeled kits per SKU, because hunting for rails eats more time than the change itself. Schedule longest runs first to minimize daily changeovers.

Weekly glue tank cleaning on hot-melt units and a monthly belt tension check are the routine, and the weekly clean matters most: cured glue in a tank becomes a rebuild, not a wipe. Optional vision inspection of presence, skew, and readability runs continuously and flags problems while they are small.
