Shrink sleeve labeler: applies full-body shrink sleeve labels. 1,000-12,000 bottles/h. For 360-degree graphics and tamper bands.
| Model | Capacity | Configuration |
|---|---|---|
| SHL-101 | 1,000 bph | Single-lane. Small. |
| SHL-001 | 6,000 bph | Dual-lane. Mid-scale. |
| SHL-201 | 12,000 bph | High-speed + shrink tunnel integrated. |
Typical values — each model is configured to your product, cut size, and line speed.

Sleeves give full 360-degree graphics, follow complex contours including necks and handles, and carry a built-in tamper band option, at a higher cost per unit and with a shrink tunnel required. Pressure-sensitive labels cost less and suit front and back decoration. Premium beverage positioning usually justifies sleeve; commodity lines usually do not.
PVC is the standard economic choice, PETG gives premium clarity and recyclability, and OPS gives a softer feel. The film choice interacts with bottle geometry, since heavier shrink percentages need the right film. We confirm film against your container contour during specification rather than assuming, because a good sleeve on the wrong film wrinkles on the shelf.
Every sleeve label needs heat or steam shrinking to conform to the container, and the high-speed model integrates the tunnel so apply and shrink run as one machine. Separate tunnels suit lower rates. Utilities planning matters here: the tunnel is the heat load of the line, so power or steam supply gets sized at order.
Yes, a cap-neck tamper band option runs from a separate roll fed simultaneously with the body sleeve, so one machine applies full-body graphics and tamper evidence together. For bottle formats where a full sleeve is overkill, tamper-band-only configurations exist. Combining both saves a separate banding machine and a labeling pass.
Wrinkles trace to tunnel or film. Temperature too low leaves the sleeve loose, too high distorts print. Uneven heat distribution, from blocked nozzles or poor airflow, shrinks one side first. Film grain direction and container surface geometry do the rest. Monthly tunnel calibration and weekly blade checks on the applicator keep the process stable.
