Automated CIP system: circulates cleaning solutions through tanks, pipes, and equipment without disassembly. 2-50 m3/h. Multi-tank design (pre-rinse, caustic, acid, final rinse).
| Model | Capacity | Configuration |
|---|---|---|
| CIP-101 | 2 m3/h | Single-tank. Small plant. |
| CIP-001 | 15 m3/h | 3-tank. Mid-scale dairy/juice. |
| CIP-201 | 50 m3/h | 5-tank full auto. Industrial. |
Typical values — each model is configured to your product, cut size, and line speed.
Dairy, beverage, and sauce plants cleaning process equipment in place without teardown. For the full range, see the processing hub.
A programmed sequence runs without opening the equipment: water pre-rinse to clear loose soil, caustic wash near 2% NaOH at 75°C, rinse, acid wash near 1% HNO3 at 65°C where scale is a concern, final rinse, then sanitizing. Each stage circulates at controlled temperature and flow for a set time. The sequence is stored as a recipe, so every clean of a given circuit runs identically.
Plants typically run three to five tanks covering fresh rinse water, caustic and acid recovery, and sanitizing solution, with single-tank units for small operations. Flow sizing spans 2 to 50 m3/h, set by the largest circuit you must clean within the available window. Dairy and juice plants usually sit mid-range. We size against your circuit list and shift schedule.
Yes, caustic and acid are filtered and returned to their tanks for reuse, typically 20 to 50 cycles before concentration drops and the solution is disposed of. Recovery cuts chemical purchase sharply and reduces effluent load, often the bigger saving at plants charged for wastewater strength. Recovery tanks include filtration, so soil carryover does not redeposit on the next clean.
The system logs conductivity, temperature, and flow for every stage of every cycle, and those records are the objective evidence a HACCP audit asks for. A failed temperature or conductivity hold is flagged rather than buried. Reports export by date, line, and circuit, so inspection prep is a printout, not a scramble. Retention on the controller covers an extended audit window.
A plate heat exchanger heats each solution to its target and holds it within about plus or minus 2°C for the full circulation time. That matters because caustic below temperature cleans poorly even when the chemistry is right, and the log will show it. Heat exchanger descaling is an annual task. Temperature accuracy is also what makes the logged record trustworthy.
