High-Yield Screw Oil Press Machines

Maximize your oil extraction efficiency. Designed for small to medium edible oil processing facilities, our screw presses deliver superior oil yield and premium cake quality. Capable of pressing over 20 types of oilseeds, including peanuts, soybeans, rapeseed, and sesame.

Feature

  • 🔩 Case-Hardened Wear Parts:
The screw worm and pressing rings are forged from high-quality carbon steel and subjected to high-temperature case hardening. This dramatically extends the service life of the machine and lowers maintenance costs.

  • ⚙️ Advanced Gearbox System:
Equipped with a newly designed heavy-duty gearbox, the EsperFoodtech oil press ensures maximum transmission efficiency, smooth operation, and significantly reduced energy consumption.

  • 📈 Extended Pressing Chamber:
The scientifically lengthened pressing chamber extends the time the oilseeds are under high pressure. This intense friction and pressure combination significantly improves the final oil yield.

  • ✅ Factory Calibrated & Tested :
Every single machine undergoes rigorous load testing and calibration in our facility before shipping, ensuring it is ready for continuous, stable production the moment it arrives at your plant.

How a screw oil press works

The screw oil press primarily uses changes in the pitch of the screw and the depth of the screw thread to reduce the volume between the screw pitch and the pressing chamber. The oil-bearing materials are gradually subjected to increasing pressure, allowing the oil to be squeezed out of them. At the same time, the high pressure in the chamber and the intense friction generate high temperatures, which can improve oil yield.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can this machine be used for both cold pressing and hot pressing?

A: Yes. While it is highly efficient for hot pressing (where seeds are roasted first for maximum yield), the robust screw design and adjustable pressure allow it to perform excellent cold pressing for temperature-sensitive oils like flaxseed or virgin olive oil.

Q: What determines the oil yield of the machine?

A: The oil yield depends on three main factors: the oil content of your raw material, proper pre-treatment (moisture and temperature conditioning), and the clearance adjustment of the squeeze cage. Our extended chamber design maximizes the physical yield potential.

Q: How often do the screw worm and pressing rings need to be replaced?

A: Because we use case-hardened carbon steel, our wear parts last significantly longer than standard iron parts. The exact lifespan depends on the abrasiveness of the seeds you process, but they generally handle hundreds of tons before requiring replacement.
