1. Add water to the tank of your still, ideally filtered or distilled water.
2. Feed in extraction components, the plant material.
3. Install spillage-proof cover and distiller.
4. Fill the distiller with water.
5.Start fire.
6. Open cooling water tap when the extract is smoothly flowing out.
7. Distill and extract essential oil and hydrosols.
8. Pour the oil into a container for storage.
A: No. The “E” series models (like EOE-50E) feature electric heating. They have a built-in heating jacket that generates steam internally, making them incredibly compact and plug-and-play for laboratory environments. (We do offer gas-heating options if preferred).
Q: Can this machine extract both essential oil and hydrosol (floral water) at the same time?
A: Absolutely. Our system includes a highly efficient oil-water separator. During the distillation process, you will be able to collect pure essential oil from the top valve and high-quality hydrosol from the lower valve simultaneously.
Q: Is the distillation basket easy to load and unload?
A: Yes. The machine is equipped with a tiered, multi-layer distillation basket. You can easily place your flowers or herbs into the layers outside the machine and then lower the basket into the flask, making loading and cleaning extremely convenient.
