How a rice hulling machine works

The rice separator accommodates the different bulk densities of raw rice and brown rice. Through the back-and-forth movement of the screens, the mixture of raw rice and brown rice is automatically and gradually sorted. The heavy and small brown rice sinks, and due to the transport function of the bidirectionally inclined convex dot-separating plate, the brown rice is inclined to move upward over the outlet of the separating plate; At the same time, the light and large white rice floating on top of the brown rice tends to fall beneath the outlet of the separating plate, thereby achieving the separation of brown rice from white rice.

Yes. The PSM series features an automatic level-sensing feeding gate. It continuously adjusts to material fluctuations to maintain a stable flow rate across the sieves, ensuring the sorting purity never drops.

Our separator is designed with a return loop system. The clean brown rice exits to the milling machine, while the unhusked paddy (and mixed grains) is automatically directed back into your rice huller for a second pass, guaranteeing zero waste.

Not at all. We use a modular, drawer-style sieve design made from highly wear-resistant stainless steel. Operators can easily slide the plates out for routine cleaning or maintenance without disassembling the main machine body.
