Formulate premium kibble and aquatic feed with precise expansion control. Featuring advanced wet-type extrusion and automated steam conditioning to guarantee 100% starch gelatinization, superior digestibility, and perfect pellet shaping for dogs, cats, and fish.
🌡️ Automated Steam Conditioning :
Directly injects steam into the preconditioner to pre-cook the raw materials. This ensures complete starch gelatinization (熟化), dramatically improving the digestibility and nutritional value of the pet food.
⚙️ Alloy Steel Twin-Screw System :
Manufactured from high-grade, wear-resistant alloy steel. The specialized screw profile guarantees stable extrusion pressure, allowing for precise control over the density (floating or sinking) of fish feed.
🔄 Frequency-Controlled Cutting :
Features an independent rotary cutting tool with variable speed drive. Easily swap out extrusion dies to produce various kibble shapes (bones, hearts, stars) with clean, uniform cuts.
🛡️ Forced Lubrication Protection :
An integrated cooling and forced lubrication system continuously protects the main gearbox, significantly extending the service life of the transmission during 24/7 continuous operations.

Yes. By adjusting the screw configuration, moisture input, and barrel temperature, you can precisely control the expansion rate of the pellets. This allows you to effortlessly switch between highly buoyant floating feed for koi and dense sinking feed for shrimp.
Hard, indigestible kibble is caused by poor starch gelatinization. Our FEM series utilizes a pre-conditioning cylinder that injects steam and hot water into the mix before extrusion. This pre-cooking process ensures over 95% gelatinization, resulting in a crunchy yet highly digestible texture.
Not at all. The cutting head is mounted on a quick-release hinge. An operator can swing the cutter aside, unbolt the die plate, and install a new shape (e.g., from round to bone-shaped) in under 10 minutes, minimizing production downtime.
