It’s incredibly easy. The machine features a reverse-rotation function. Simply push the reverse switch, and the internal spiral flights will automatically push the hot, roasted nuts out of the drum into your cooling tray.
This specific mini roaster does not have a built-in cooler. However, we highly recommend purchasing our optional stainless steel cooling cart with an extraction fan to rapidly stop the roasting process once the nuts leave the drum.
Yes, but the inner drum needs to be thoroughly cleaned afterward. We recommend using plain or slightly salted nuts. For heavy sugar or wet coatings, we suggest using our specialized coating pans.
