Packaging lines collating, case-packing, and palletizing after primary packing. For the full range, see the processing hub.
Everything after the primary pack is sealed: collating product into retail multipacks, erecting and sealing cartons or cases, shrink wrapping bundles, and feeding palletizing. Machines in this class run 30 to 200 cartons per minute. The purpose is removing manual packing at the end of the line, which is where labor cost and repetitive strain concentrate.
The line receives product directly from your flow wrapper or vertical bagger via conveyor, collating to pattern at the cartoner or case packer. Speed matching is the engineering point: secondary must absorb primary output including its surges, so conveyor buffering and accumulation are designed in rather than improvised. We quote the connection against your existing machines.
Shrink bundles cost less per pack and show the product through the film, suiting value formats, with the shrink tunnel integrated on the high-end configuration running polyolefin or PVC film. Cartons give print surface, stacking strength, and retail-ready display, in RSC, wrap-around, tray, and display styles. Many plants run both on the same line by SKU.
The range spans 100x80x50mm up to 500x400x300mm with adjustable guide rails, covering small retail cartons through sizable shipper cases. Within the range, changeover is rail and format adjustments plus stored settings. Beyond the range, or with unusual board, we confirm at specification. Carton board quality drives feed reliability as much as the machine does.
Hot-melt glue is standard and strongest, tape is optional and simpler, and both can be fitted. Maintenance is a monthly glue tank clean, quarterly bearing checks, and format-part care. Sealing choice sets the consumables picture: glue systems need adhesive stock, tape systems need tape and replacement heads. Either way the schedule is short and operator-level.
