Automatic capping machine: applies plastic screw caps, aluminum ROPP, and crown caps. 1,000-15,000 bottles/h. Multi-format with quick changeover.
| Model | Capacity | Configuration |
|---|---|---|
| CNT-101 | 1,000 bph | 4-spindle linear. Small bottlers. |
| CNT-001 | 6,000 bph | 8-spindle rotary. Mid-scale. |
| CNT-201 | 15,000 bph | 16-spindle high-speed. Industrial. |
Typical values — each model is configured to your product, cut size, and line speed.

Plastic screw caps in 28 and 38 mm, aluminum ROPP, crown, flip-top, and sport caps, on glass and PET alike. Chuck and guide parts change between cap families rather than machines, which is why one capper usually covers a plant’s whole range. Send the cap list and we confirm each against the format kit.
Servo control holds torque to plus or minus 2%, programmable per cap type so every product runs its own target. Precision pays twice: loose caps leak or lose carbonation, tight caps defeat the customer’s hand. Torque logs also let you answer a complaint with data instead of a guess.
15 to 20 minutes per cap size on the quick-change chuck. Speeds run 1,000 bottles per hour on the 4-spindle linear, 6,000 on the 8-spindle rotary, and 15,000 on the 16-spindle high-speed model. Match spindle count to filler output so the capper never becomes the constraint the line queues behind.
An optional camera checks cap presence, skew, and finish on every bottle and rejects failures automatically; without it, you find capping problems at the warehouse or, worse, at the customer. Under-torque is invisible to the eye, so vision inspection earns its cost fastest on carbonated and hot-fill lines.
Monthly chuck lubrication and an annual spindle bearing check are the schedule. Between services, watch torque readings per spindle: one drifting spindle appears in the data long before it appears as leakers on pallets. Keeping spare chucks for your main cap formats avoids waiting on parts in high season.
