How Our Egg Cleaning System Works
Our automated cleaning line consists of three seamless stages:
1. Auto-Feeding : Eggs are gently loaded onto the conveyor via a water bath or vacuum lifter.
2. Scrub & Spray : High-speed rotating nylon brushes combined with clean water jets remove all surface impurities.
3. Safe Collection : Cleaned eggs smoothly roll onto the exit tray or proceed to the drying/grading section, ready for packaging.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the breakage rate during the cleaning process?
A: Our breakage rate is strictly under 0.1%. The flexible nylon brushes and optimized conveyor speed ensure that even eggs with slightly thinner shells are cleaned safely without cracking.
Q: Can this machine handle heavily soiled duck eggs or salted eggs covered in mud?
A: Yes. The DEX-5400 is specifically designed with a high-torque motor and dense brush configuration to tackle tough clay, mud, and feces commonly found on duck and salted eggs.
Q: Does the machine dry the eggs after washing?
A: The standard DEX-5400 focuses on washing. However, we offer an optional modular Air Blower Drying System that can be seamlessly attached to the exit conveyor for completely dry eggs.
