No. Because the heat is transferred indirectly through the steam or thermal oil inside the jacket, there is no direct flame contacting the inner bowl. Combined with our scraped-surface agitator, scorching is virtually impossible.
If your facility already has an industrial steam boiler, Steam Heating is the most cost-effective and rapid choice. If you do not have a boiler, our Electric Heating models (which heat thermal transfer oil inside the jacket) are the perfect plug-and-play solution.
Cleaning is very easy. The interior is polished SUS304 stainless steel. You can simply tilt the kettle 90 degrees using the hand-wheel, discharge the remaining product, and pressure-wash the smooth inner surface.
