The single-drum unit produces 50 kg per 24-hour cycle at 0.37 kW for small producers. The four-drum PLC model runs 200 kg per cycle, and the eight-drum industrial machine reaches 500 kg per cycle at 2.2 kW with auto-harvest. Since each drum is a daily cycle, drum count times cycle yield sets your daily output.
Mung bean and soybean are the core, with alfalfa, radish, and broccoli seeds also running. Yield ratio runs 1 kg of dry beans to 5 to 8 kg of sprouts depending on variety. Program settings differ per seed type, and the PLC stores each program so switching crops is a recipe recall.
24 to 72 hours depending on bean type and the sprout length your market wants, with mung beans at the shorter end. Temperature holds at 22 to 26 degrees C with 80 to 90% relative humidity, PLC-programmable per bean type. Because cycles are short and repeat daily, one scheduling slip costs a day of output.
