The MVC-001 multifunctional vegetable cutting machine handles slicing, dicing, shredding, and strip-cutting on one frame with quick-change heads. 500-2,000 kg/h. The swiss-army knife of vegetable processing — replaces 3-4 single-function machines.
| Model | Capacity | Configuration |
|---|---|---|
| MVC-101 Compact | 300-600 kg/h | 3 cutting heads. Small central kitchens. 1.5 kW. |
| MVC-001 Standard | 600-1,200 kg/h | 5 cutting heads. Mid-scale plants. 2.2 kW. |
| MVC-201 Industrial | 1,000-2,000 kg/h | 8 cutting heads + auto-feed. Industrial. 4.0 kW. |
Typical values — each model is configured to your product, cut size, and line speed.
Fresh-cut plants and central kitchens cutting strips, slices, cubes, and shreds from mixed vegetables on one machine. For the full fresh-produce range, see the fruit and vegetable processing hub.
One frame with quick-change heads replaces three or four single-function machines, saving floor space, capital, and cleanup time. The tradeoff is throughput: dedicated cutters run faster on a single shape. The compact three-head model covers 300 to 600 kg/h, the standard five-head runs 600 to 1,200 kg/h, and the eight-head industrial with auto-feed reaches 1,000 to 2,000 kg/h.
Up to 12 shapes via interchangeable cutting heads: slice, dice, shred, strip, wave-cut, and crinkle-cut standard, with spiral, julienne, and waffle-cut heads optional. Curly fries, for example, run on the spiral-cut head. Heads swap in 2 to 3 minutes without tools, so operators switch products mid-shift without a mechanic. Set points store per product.
Potato, carrot, cucumber, zucchini, cabbage, onion, bell pepper, leafy greens, and mushrooms are the standard list. Cut tolerance holds within plus or minus 1 mm, which is the number that matters for IQF frozen packaging where piece consistency drives pack weight control. Soft items run at adjusted feed speed to prevent crushing. We confirm unusual produce against your samples before order.
Daily wash-down, weekly blade inspection, monthly bearing lubrication, and quarterly replacement of worn blades. The heads come apart without tools, so daily cleaning is minutes rather than a shift task. Keep the consumable budget honest: blades are wear parts whatever the machine, and quarterly rotation avoids mid-run failures during peak production.
It sits between washing and packing or cooking, cutting mixed produce to spec with one operator. Central kitchens and fresh-cut plants use it to run multiple products through one shift with fast changeovers. Infeed height matches standard elevators and washing line discharge. Give us your product list and hourly targets and we configure the head set and feed.
