Parameters

The BFM series continuous belt fryer runs snacks, noodles, chicken, and prepared foods through temperature-controlled oil on a mesh belt — 200–2,000 kg/h typical, SUS304 throughout.

Continuous Frying on a Belt

Product rides a stainless mesh belt through the oil bath; belt speed sets fry time from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. PID-controlled heaters hold oil temperature within ±2°C across the bath, and the belt section above the oil drains product before discharge. Top and bottom belts keep floating products submerged for even color.

Typical values — tank length and belt width are configured to your product and fry time.

Oil Filtration

The optional continuous filtration loop fines out crumbs and fines through the day, extending oil life about three times — the single biggest cost lever in fried-food plants.

What Runs Through It

Snacks and pellets, noodles from the NML noodle line, dumplings from the DUM dumpling machine, chicken and prepared foods. Instant noodle blocks fry on the dedicated FNL instant noodle line.
