The CPM series is a compact pasta extruder for fresh pasta production — 20+ shapes from interchangeable dies at 50–300 kg/h typical. The machine behind fresh-pasta kitchens, retail factories, and co-packers.
The mixer-kneader develops the dough and feeds the extrusion screw directly; the die shapes the pasta and a cutter trims it to length. Everything product-contact is stainless, and the screw and barrel disassemble for daily cleaning without tools. One machine, one operator, one shift of fresh pasta.
| Model | Capacity | Extrusion | Dies | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CPM-101 | 50–120 kg/h | Standard | Quick-lock | Restaurants, central kitchens |
| CPM-001 | 120–200 kg/h | Standard | Quick-lock | Fresh pasta factories |
| CPM-201 | 200–300 kg/h | Vacuum option | Quick-lock | Retail-pack co-packers |
Typical values — die selection and hydration are configured to your recipe range.
Interchangeable dies cover spaghetti, penne, fusilli, macaroni, rigatoni, farfalle, and sheet formats — 20+ shapes. Bronze dies for rough sauce-gripping texture, Teflon for smooth fast extrusion; a die swap takes 3 minutes on the quick-lock mount.
The CPM extrudes fresh and chilled pasta for immediate packing or tray lines. When your volumes grow into dried pasta, the APM pasta line adds vacuum extrusion and drying at line scale.
Flour comes from the FLM flour mixer or the machine’s own hopper; the family overview is on the pasta processing hub.

Bronze gives a rough surface that sauce clings to; Teflon extrudes faster with a smooth, bright finish. Both fit the same mount.
About 3 minutes on the quick-lock mechanism.
Optional on the CPM-201 — it removes air for denser, longer-shelf-life pasta.
Yes — rice, corn, and chickpea flours run with adjusted water ratio.
Daily die and screw cleaning; monthly screw inspection.
