Poultry export plants running chicken feet from claw cutting through blanching, peeling, and packing as one continuous line. For the full range, see the processing hub.
The entry line fits about 25 m² and turns out roughly 4 tons of finished frozen feet per day at 500 kg per hour over five stages. The standard line needs about 40 m² for 8 tons per day, and the industrial line adds auto-packaging for 16 tons per day, sized for 12,000 BPH broiler plants.
We supply all machinery, conveyors, the control panel, and the HMI. You provide the building with power, water, drainage, compressed air, and packaging consumables. This split keeps the quotation honest and lets your local contractors handle utilities with our schedule. We issue a utility requirement sheet before shipping so nothing stalls during installation.
Yes. Send a floor plan and the line is engineered as U-shaped, L-shaped, or straight-through to fit, which typically adds 5 to 15% to the price over the straight run. Working around existing columns and drains is routine. The tradeoff is simple: a custom layout costs a little more and saves rebuilding a room.
Yes, with quick-change guide rails. Product changeover takes about 30 minutes, which is fast enough to run chicken in the morning and duck after lunch if supply shifts. Blanching and peeling parameters are recalled from the control panel rather than re-tuned by hand, so the changeover is mechanical, not procedural.
All food-contact parts are SUS304, with SUS316L available for export-grade builds. The line is CE marked and ships with material certificates and HACCP flow diagrams, which is what most auditors and export buyers ask for first. Commissioning support and operator training are part of the package.
Yes. We provide installation and commissioning support, and 12 months of after-sales service, including spare parts help and technical response.
