The BFM series continuous belt fryer runs snacks, noodles, chicken, and prepared foods through temperature-controlled oil on a mesh belt — 200–2,000 kg/h typical, SUS304 throughout.
Product rides a stainless mesh belt through the oil bath; belt speed sets fry time from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. PID-controlled heaters hold oil temperature within ±2°C across the bath, and the belt section above the oil drains product before discharge. Top and bottom belts keep floating products submerged for even color.
