Industrial Meat Processing Machines

Esper Food Tech builds meat processing equipment for poultry plants, red-meat cutting rooms, fish processing lines, and prepared-food factories. The line card covers 28 machines across six process stages — from live-bird handling and carcass cutting through grinding, marinating, forming, cooking, and blast freezing.

Every machine in this catalog is built with SUS304 stainless steel food-contact surfaces, CE-marked electrical systems, and tool-lean sanitation access. Single machines ship in 15–35 days; complete lines are commissioned by our engineers on your floor.

Four Plant Types, Four Equipment Chains

Most buyers arrive with one of four raw materials. The chains below show which machines sequence together — the directory further down links every machine directly.

Poultry plants

Feather removal (PFR series) → carcass cutting → gizzard and feet processing. Chicken feet lines are our most-shipped configuration: the CFP-701 production line integrates scalding, peeling, and cutting in one line, with standalone peelers (CFP-101 compact, CFP-201 large) and the CFC-001 cutter for plants that already own a peeling line. Gizzard lines pair the GZP peeler with the GZR oil remover.

Red meat cutting rooms

Frozen blocks enter through the FMS frozen meat slicer and BCR bone crusher; fresh/chilled cuts go through the MDC dicer. Downstream, the MMC mincer (200–3,000 kg/h across three frame sizes) feeds sausage and prepared-food lines.

Fish processing

The FSC scaler, FCL speed cleaning machine, FCM cutting machine, and FDB flesh separator cover line fish from whole round to surimi-grade mince. Whole-plant fish lines are configured around your species and fillet or mince output target.

Prepared and cooked products

Sausage chains run BCH bowl chopper → brine injection (BIN) → forming and stuffing → STM sausage tying. Portioning lines use the PTM patty maker, SMB stuffed meatball machine, and MBF meatball former. Cooked lines finish with the MSM smoking machine, GSM shawarma grill for foodservice, and BLF blast freezer for cold-chain exit.

Materials, Standards & Sizing

  • Stainless program: SUS304 as standard on all product-contact parts; SUS316 available for brine and marine applications.
  • Electrical: built to order for 220V/60Hz, 380V/50Hz, and 415V/50Hz markets; CE conformity documentation supplied with every shipment.
  • Welding and finish: continuous welds, ground and polished; no horizontal frames that trap protein residue.
  • Test run: every machine runs at rated load in our Hangzhou plant before crating; video is sent for approval before shipment is released.

Sizing a Line: the Four Numbers We Ask For

Send these four numbers and we return a machine list with capacity, power draw, container count, and FOB pricing:

  1. Raw material and its temperature at entry (frozen block, chilled carcass, live bird).
  2. Finished product form (dice, mince, patty, ball, smoked whole, IQF).
  3. Target output per shift — kg/h or pieces/h.
  4. Floor and power limits at your plant.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions meat-plant buyers send us every week.

Throughput and feet size. CFP-101 (compact) fits under 300 kg/h lines and small-batch export plants; CFP-201 (large) runs 500 kg/h and above with a heavier drum and dual discharge. For new plants planning retail-grade volume, the CFP-701 full line usually costs less per kilogram than buying peeler + cutter separately.

The MMC series will process both, but frozen blocks should pass through the FMS slicer or BCR crusher first. Direct-feeding large frozen blocks shortens auger and knife life and voids the wear-parts warranty.

Single machines: 15–35 days. Multi-machine lines with interlocking conveyors: 45–75 days including pre-shipment commissioning. Peak-season slots (Q3–Q4) book 3–4 weeks ahead.

Yes. CE declaration, wiring diagrams, material certificates (2.1/3.1), and operation manuals in English ship with every order. Halal-compliant configurations and third-party inspection (SGS/BV/TÜV) are available on request.

Tool-lean strip-down: knives, combs, and product-contact parts come out without hand tools on every machine in this catalog. CIP is not offered on dry-cut machines; wet-process machines (scalders, washers) have built-in spray circuits.

Knives, combs, clips, seals, and belts are the consumables. A 12-month spare-parts kit ships free with every machine; refills are quoted from our parts desk with DHL dispatch, typically 5–7 days to major airports.

Yes — infeed and discharge heights, conveyor widths, and control voltages are matched to your existing equipment when you send photos and measurements of the connection points.

Direct engineer access by WhatsApp for the life of the machine, remote diagnostics on PLC-equipped models, and on-site commissioning for line orders. Response target for technical messages: within 12 hours, China time.
